Hey, hey, hey,
Im Tutti, work in a London City by day and boogy by night (well on a Saturday when im not gyming it or watching my cal intake)
I have a close bunch of school friends and have always been known as 'the skinny one' by friends and family, then I started taking the Pill, drinking, binging from hangover munchies and become a big fat blob who is no longer 'the skinny one'! Two other girls have taken my skinny place and obviously sorted out their problems before fat old me to watch me pile on weight, see the words just dont feel right! Now I dont care what it takes, I do not belong with the fatties and the back, im a skinny minnie who belongs at the bloody front, so I am taking some action! I have always had patterns of restricting and binging, purging and I am told that I dont need to lose weight etc! But its how I feel, I do what makes ME HAPPY!!!
So I have been restricting, binging, purging for years. I am totally obsessed and the thought of feeling full makes me sick.
My average day consists of:
Breakfast = Hot Water & Lemon or Porridge if long day ahead
Lunch = Salad, with Sweetcorn, Cucumber, Tomato and Carrot
Dinner = Soup or Cereal with Soya Milk or Qourn with Vegetables
Excercise = Burn around 500 - 600 cals at gym in an hour every day of the week, apart from Saturdays if im socialising, im then dancing the calories off and drinkin Vodka and Diet Coke. I cant even stand to drink anymore!
Plus take Multi Vitamins, drink 8 - 10 Glasses of Water a day and taken Hoodia for the past few weeks which seems to be FAB!
Now im thinking I defo need to get the gym workout up to preferably twice a day! Plus I need to vary my lunch or I may test out the whole 2,4,6,8 diet, starting with the 200 on a weekend so not too drained on the Monday for work.
Need to scoot the pounds off for May my friends wedding and then June for my summer holidays! YUK its awful I feel so fat!!!!
So we have a deadline and when im a skinny minnie again ill post some pics!
